SHIPPING/DELIVERY

 

Everything Lady's Standard Processing time is between 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Everything Lady does not process on the Weekends. Everything Lady is not responsible for any Postal Delays or Customs Delays, Late Deliveries, Lost or Stolen Items, Etc.

 

International Customers: Everything Lady is not responsible for Customs charges nor will we issue refunds due to customs charges. These government fees are NOT paid to Everything Lady and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. If you decide that you do not want to pay the customs and/or duty due and your package is returned to us, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

 

Please be advised that there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns that come back to us due to incorrect addresses, return to senders,  not picking shipment up from post office, not paying any fees associated with duty/customs of your country.

No exceptions.

 

                                                                                             EXCHANGES

 

If you are not happy with a recent purchase, Everything Lady offer an exchange or store credit within 7 business days of your tracking number delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition and original packaging you received them in. Extensions, clip-ins and wigs are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, as a precaution, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs, closures, frontals.

 

Hair Must  NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  or bleached ,Ties Must NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

• Refunds Only are issued on a case-by-case basis.

• We do not refund shipping costs, custom fees, taxes or duties.

• All purchases made during a sale are final.

 

                                                 

                                   CUSTOM COLOR + CUSTOM UNITS POLICY

We are only  responsible for Everything Lady’s Hair Extension When Coloring or Customizing  units. Everything Lady is not responsible for any outside hair when being processed, we can only speak for Everything Lady Hair Extensions. When using Outside hair for coloring ,or Custom units we will not be held responsible for damages for anything other then Everything Lady Hair Extension there will be no refunds !!! No exceptions.!!! When customizing a unit please allow me at least 2 business day after purchase, I  will be contact you via invoice for all details , Date Expected ,and remaining balances.

 

All units must be paid in full before shipped out.
